We primarily serve greater Cairo, including Zamalek, Maadi, Heliopolis, and Sheikh Zayed. For other locations in Egypt, please ask in advance so we can check feasibility. Our alcohol delivery radius expands during daytime hours.

No fixed minimum exists. We handle small requests like two bottles as well as larger orders for big parties. However, very small orders might take longer because we optimise routes. Just describe your needs, and we will tell you the expected timing.

For standard alcohol delivery, we recommend at least four hours notice. For larger events or multiple drops, one day is helpful. We also accept last‑minute requests, but those depend on current driver availability. Planning ahead usually gives you more flexible time windows.

We deliver to private residences, rented halls, and catering venues. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local rules. We simply provide transportation; we do not verify event permits. If you have any doubts, please check local regulations before ordering alcohol delivery.

Contact us as soon as possible. We can adjust quantities or reschedule the alcohol delivery without extra fees if we have not yet dispatched a driver. Cancellations made after the driver has left may incur a small coordination fee. We always explain any charges before proceeding.
